When you register as an artisan, we collect your email, business name, profile information, and portfolio images you upload. When you contact us or post a project, we collect the information you provide in those forms.

How we use information

We use your information to operate the directory, process memberships, send transactional emails (verification, inquiries, renewals), and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Public profiles

Information you add to your artisan profile (name, bio, city, portfolio images, specialties) is displayed publicly once your profile is approved for the directory.

Newsletter

Members may receive guild newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or at https://bespokeguild.co/unsubscribe.
